What age is the DIE RINGE app suitable for?Updated 4 hours ago

The DIE RINGE app is primarily designed for teens and adults. However, younger users can also start training – under certain conditions.

Recommendation:

We recommend using the app from around the age of 12, ideally together with a parent or under parental supervision.

Why from age 12?

  • Based on sports science: From this age, the body is better prepared for structured training. Calisthenics (bodyweight training) supports healthy physical development, posture, and core strength.
  • Motor skill development: Movements like pull-ups, static holds, and balance exercises promote coordination and body awareness, which are especially important during growth.
  • Long-term motivation:Playful challenges, visible progress, and new skills help foster long-term enjoyment of exercise, without performance pressure.

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users under the age of 16 require parental consent for any personal data processing. We therefore ask parents to actively support their child's use of the app and provide consent where necessary.
