Did you purchase products from the DIE RINGE online shop and want to return your rings or other items? No problem!
For customers within the EU:
Simply visit our returns portal. Look up your order using your order number and postal code, and create your free return shipping label. Pack the product, attach the label, and drop it off at the shipping service of your choice – we’ll take care of the rest.
For customers outside the EU (e.g. UK, Switzerland, USA):
Returns from non-EU countries are also possible. However, you will need to organize the return shipment yourself and cover the shipping costs. Please send the package to the following address:

Please include a note inside the package with your order number and reason for return.
Important: Be sure to declare the shipment as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs issues or additional charges.
How much time do I have to return something?
You have 60 days to return your product with no questions asked – giving you plenty of time to try our products and see if they’re right for you.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, a return may not be necessary. In this case, just contact us through the Help Center. We’ll review your request and find a fast and fair solution.
When and how will I get my money back?
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed. This may take up to 10 business days. After that, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days total for the refund to appear in your account.
What does a return cost?
EU: Your return shipping label is free when generated via our returns portal.
Non-EU: You are responsible for the return shipping costs and must organize the shipment yourself.
