How does the return work?

You have bought products in the DIE RINGE online store and want to return your rings or other products? That's no problem! Simply go to our returns portal. Search for your order and create your return label. Hand over the package to the post office and we will do the rest. 

How long do I have to send something back?

You have 60 days to return your product to us unconditionally. So you have the chance to convince yourself of our products. 

What can I do if my item is defective?

If a product has defects or does not appear as it should, a return is not necessarily necessary. In this case, simply send us a request via the Help Center. We will make sure that you receive a replacement product as soon as possible. 

When and how do I get my money back?

As a rule, you will receive your refund with the original payment method. As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund. Accordingly, it may take 3-4 days for the money to reach you.
