No – the DIE RINGE App is designed so you can start right away, even as a beginner.
Our focus is to make it easy for you to get started with calisthenics and ring training – whether you want to begin strength training, achieve your first pull-up, or simply improve your overall fitness.

Most of our members started as beginners and have made steady progress step by step.
