The process for canceling or refunding depends on where you purchased your subscription.
Please select the correct option:
1. Purchase via Google Play Store
We can process your refund directly if you provide:
- Gmail address used for the purchase or
- Order number (starts with

Once we have this, we can submit the refund request for you.
Alternatively, you can request the refund yourself:

2. Purchase via Apple App Store
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be requested directly from Apple.

3. Purchase via our Website (dieringe.com)
- 14-day money-back guarantee for new 12-month or "Forever" subscriptions.
- 7-day trial period for 1-month subscriptions (no refund after trial).
- Guarantee applies to new purchases only, not renewals.
How it works:
- Contact our support team with the email address linked to your subscription.
- We refund the remaining term on a pro-rata basis.
Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund (if eligible) ends the subscription immediately and processes repayment.
- Cancellation ≠ automatic refund. Please request separately.
