Sometimes, you might need a break from your training or temporarily cannot access the DIE RINGE App for other reasons. We understand this and offer you the option to pause your subscription. In this article, we explain how you can pause your DIE RINGE subscription.

Requirements for Pausing Your Subscription:

  • The pause is only possible if you have subscribed directly through our website. Unfortunately, subscriptions made through Google Playstore or Apple Appstore cannot be paused, as you are officially a customer of Google or Apple in those cases.
  • You can pause your subscription for a period of at least 14 days up to a maximum of 60 days.
  • During the pause, you will not have access to the app's content.
  • After the pause, your subscription will automatically continue. The billing date for the next renewal will be adjusted by the duration of the pause.

How to Pause Your Subscription:

  1. Contact Us: Please send an email to our customer support or use the contact form on our website to request your pause.

  2. Provide Details: In your request, include the email address associated with your subscription or your DIE RINGE account. Also, let us know how long you wish to pause.

  3. Confirmation: Our customer support will review your request and send you a confirmation for the pause of your subscription.

  • Availability: The option to pause your subscription is a special service we want to offer our customers to flexibly accommodate their needs. However, this option is subject to certain conditions as described above.
  • After the Pause: Remember that after the pause ends, you will automatically regain access to all content, and your membership will continue as usual.
