My delivery status does not changeUpdated a year ago

From time to time it may happen that the delivery status does not change for the first 1-4 days after the order or the status stops during the electronic transmission. In this case, we have already handed over your package to the supplier. 
With the supplier DPD it happens occasionally that the status is updated only after a few days. We suspect here that the transmission of the data on the part of DPD does not take place, although the package is processed further. 

My delivery takes longer than usual

In winter months, it can also be observed that suppliers have to deal with high levels of illness and cannot deliver the parcel volume in the usual time. 
However, if the delivery takes longer than 7 business days in germany, please contact us so that we can check the case.
