Customs & Tax Regulations
- Within the EU: Taxes and customs duties are already included in the product price – no extra fees apply.
- United Kingdom & Norway (DAP): Delivered to your place, but customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the price and must be paid by you.
- Switzerland (DDP): All duties and taxes are covered by us – you pay only the checkout price, no additional fees.
- All other non-EU countries:
- Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply, depending on local regulations.
- These charges are not calculated at checkout and must be paid to customs or the carrier upon arrival.
- The amount depends on the country of import, HS code, and product category.
Important Notes
- Carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx may charge additional brokerage or handling fees, which are not included in our shipping cost.
- We provide a Commercial Invoice with every international shipment for customs clearance.
- In some countries with a low de minimis threshold, duties and taxes may apply even for small orders.
- For EU orders under €150, we use the IOSS system (Import One-Stop-Shop) so VAT is calculated directly at checkout, avoiding surprises at delivery.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to prevent delays or returns.
