Shipping terms

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and customs duties are included in the product price.

*All deliveries to the UK and to Norway are shipped DAP (Delivery at Place). This means that DIE RINGE is responsible for the delivery of the goods including transport costs to the named destination at the buyer's premises. Expressly excluded are the costs for carrying out all necessary import formalities.

*All deliveries to Switzerland are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that there are no additional costs for you as a customer. You pay no customs fees and only the price displayed at checkout, we take care of the rest for you.

For all deliveries outside the EU, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of origin and the category of the goods. They will be charged as soon as your package reaches your country. DIE RINGE does not withhold duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.
