If you want to request a new password or change your existing password, follow these steps:
Request a new password
If you have forgotten your password or you want to set a new password, you can request a new password in the app or on our website. Open the login page on the website and proceed as follows:
- Enter the email address you use for your DIE RINGE account.
- Click on Reset Password
- Follow the instructions in the e-mail
If you do not receive an email after a few minutes, please also check your spam folder or deleted messages. If you still have problems, please contact us directly via the Help Center or by sending an email to [email protected].
