How can I track my order?Updated a year ago

To track your order and check the delivery status, access your shipping confirmation, which we have sent you by email. With this email you will receive a link to track your order. This way you can always see where your shipment is and how long it will take to get to you.

If you have already deleted your e-mail or can no longer find it, you can find our tracking portal here. 

Why hasn't my shipment been sent yet?

To prepare your order for shipping, we need some time. Normally your order will be shipped within 48 hours - for single orders it is possible that this takes a little longer. 

I have entered my address incorrectly

You have the possibility to change your address in our customer portal. If we cannot identify your address, we will contact you by mail. 

I was not at home at the first delivery attempt 

If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt and the parcel carrier does not find you, you can see where your parcel is via your shipment tracking. It could be with a neighbor or in a branch. In some cases, there may also be another delivery attempt. 

My order should have arrived by now 

Please check the tracking system to see if your package was left with a neighbor or at a store. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed in 7 days, please contact us at [email protected].
