Have you received a gift voucher for the DIE RINGE App? Congratulations! Here's how you can easily redeem it to start or continue your calisthenics journey.

Important Prerequisites:

No Active Membership: The voucher can only be redeemed if you do not currently have an active DIE RINGE membership. If you have an active membership, please cancel the automatic renewal. The voucher can be redeemed as soon as your current term has expired.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Redeeming the Voucher (Website):
   • Use the direct link from the email to automatically go to the correct page and redeem the voucher code.
   • Alternatively, visit our website: https://dieringe.com/de/choose-plan and select the annual membership.
2. Login or Create an Account:
   • Log in with your existing DIE RINGE account.
   • Or create a new account if you don't have one yet.
   • If you are already logged in, skip this step.
3. Applying the Voucher Code:
   • If you used the link from the email, the voucher code was automatically applied on the payment page.
   • If this is not the case, copy the voucher code from the email and paste it into the "Do you have a discount code?" field.
   • The price should now be reduced to "€0".
   • Complete the checkout process.
4. Voucher for Essential Rings:
   • After successful completion, you will receive another voucher code by email for ordering your Essential Rings.
   • Visit our shop, select the Essential Rings and use the voucher code during the ordering process.
   • Alternatively, you can also use the voucher for other equipment from our shop.

Important Notes:

• Payment Details Required: Even with a total of €0, your payment details are required to complete the subscription.
• Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the regular price after the voucher period expires.
• Disabling Renewal: If you do not want automatic renewal, you can disable it at any time in your account. You can find instructions on how to do that here.
• Flexible Equipment Voucher: The voucher for the Essential Rings can alternatively be used for other products from our shop.
