Can I share my account with family or friends?

We’re excited that you want to share your training experience with your loved ones! Here’s how it works to make sure everyone gets the best possible training results.

Why accounts should not be shared

Sharing your account with other people is not recommended.

That’s because your training plan, progress, and recommendations are highly personalized and continuously adapt to your individual performance. If multiple people use the same account, all of this data would get mixed up – and the training would no longer be optimized for any single person.

For the best results, each person should have their own account and subscription.

Do you offer a family plan?

At the moment, we don’t offer a family subscription. We know this is a common request and are actively reviewing options for the future.

The alternative: Refer friends & earn rewards

With our Refer a Friend program, your friends and family can easily get started – and you benefit too!

  • As an existing customer, you can invite others directly via the app.

  • The invited person receives 30% off their first subscription plus the Free Rings voucher when they sign up.

  • You also earn a reward. The type of reward depends on where you purchased your own subscription (e.g., App Store, Google Play, or our website).

Important:
Mutual invitations (e.g., two existing customers inviting each other) are not possible. Invitations can only be sent from an existing customer to a new subscriber.

This way, you can train together – each with their own personalized plan, and both enjoying extra benefits when getting started!
