Are you excited about your training and want to share it with your family or friends? We love to hear that! Here, we'll explain the best way to do this to ensure everyone gets the optimal training experience.
Why Account Sharing Isn't Recommended
Directly sharing your account with other people is not recommended.
The reason for this is the high level of personalization in our app. Your training plan, your progress, and all recommendations continuously adapt to your individual performance and your body.
If multiple people use one account, this important data gets mixed up. The training would no longer be precisely tailored to one person and would lose its personal effectiveness for all users. To achieve the best possible results, every athlete needs their own account.
Do you offer a Family Plan?
Currently, we do not yet offer a special family subscription (or Family Account). However, we know this is a popular request and are looking into such models for the future.
The Alternative: Refer Friends and Benefit Together
But we have a great alternative so your loved ones can start training too, and you can benefit from it!
As an existing customer, you can take advantage of our "Refer a Friend" program. For every new member you successfully refer, you'll secure attractive discounts or credits for your own subscription.
