The strengths of training on the gymnastics rings can be found primarily in the area of upper body training, so this is also the focus of our Die Ringe app. However, this does not mean that it is not possible to train your lower body and thus your legs with the gymnastic rings and our app. Through our training goal, we have created a feature you can train your legs with in a sustainable and progressive way.
How is the leg training structured?
The training program for the legs can be divided into three different training series and thus consists of at least three different exercises per workout. These exercises each focus on a specific aspect and are methodically coordinated so that you can get the most out of each workout. First, you start your training session with an exercise on one leg, then the focus is on explosiveness and jumping power. Last but not least, you train the back of your legs and thus your leg flexors and glutes.
