Your training phase, which was assigned to you after the classification, seems too easy to you?
Attention: Your training phase has a name such as Fundamentals, Intermediate Advanced and so on. In a previous version of the Die Ringe Bodyworkout, the training plans were named by levels. In the new training system, your level now only represents your accumulated experience points. So the level does not directly say something about the difficulty of your training plan. It symbolizes the amount of training units and your stamina in training.
I am new to ring training
When starting out with the Die Ringe Bodyworkout app, you may have been classified in a phase that is too easy. The app deliberately classifies you as a newbie in a rather easy phase, so that you can get used to the training and sports equipment. We recommend that you train in this phase anyway, so that your body can get used to the often unfamiliar movements and loads. This is especially important as a beginner in training on the gymnastics rings, because some exercises often look easier than they actually are. In addition, you have the chance to check and improve your technique in a supposedly too easy training phase.
I already have experience on the gymnastic rings
If you already have experience on the gymnastic rings or in calisthenics, you can skip this phase. However, we recommend that you test each phase at least 1 time and train a few sessions. You may notice weaknesses that you can work on at a lighter intensity. Before you decide to skip the phase, you can also replace and intensify individual exercises in the training overview. You can then change the training phase in your profile. For regular phase advancement, you must master the required exercise level in all methodical series.
