In gymnastics, crossfit or climbing, many athletes rely on liquid chalk for a better grip. In ring training you can also use it without any disadvantages in your training. From our own experience we can report that the gymnastic rings are not damaged by it. You can find our Liquid Chalk here.
Ceiling hook set
Whether in the park on a tree or on the soccer goal on the sports field, you can hang up your gymnastic rings everywhere. Fitness mat / Yoga mat
For some exercises that are performed close to the floor, a fitness mat is helpful. For push-ups or roll outs, the exercises start on the knees and therefore it is more comfortable to have a softer surface.
Resistance bands are also useful in ring training, for example, to incorporate progression steps for pull-ups or dips. In the app we use other training techniques, so you don't need bands.
