Die Ringe Bodyworkout has challenging workouts for beginners, advanced and professionals. To help you get up to speed quickly, we determine your fitness level before your first workout and assign you an appropriate workout level.
The basic requirements to get started with the app are:
- A generally physically healthy condition
- Be able to hang from the rings or a bar for 20 seconds
Each exercise in your workout is shown and explained to you in a detailed video. With each level you complete, you'll get fitter and stronger. In addition, you can use the app to perform extra workouts that target specific muscle groups or work on your flexibility.
